This month we tasted a Michael-David Winery Sauvignon Blanc that is new to our shelf.

This Sauvignon Blanc exudes tropical and citrus fruits with touches of minerality and mouth-watering acidity! Chef Andrew's Tabbouleh salad is loaded with citrus flavors and bright herbs which match the wine's character perfectly. The seared shrimp is also a good companion with the mineral notes of the wine.
Yes, we had green herb flecks in our teeth but we didn't care. The combination was delicious and we were happy!
